Baby Positioning
Your body and baby are designed to work together during birth, but how your baby is positioned can influence how smoothly labor progresses. The good news? There are ways to encourage an optimal position and make labor easier.
Ever since my first maternal & infant health class in college, I have been drawn to birth and the role of the doula. I am passionate and excited about being a pillar of non-biased support, your fiercest advocate, and your biggest cheerleader.
My goal is to help you achieve an empowering and satisfying birth experience and will always remind you that no matter the way you birth - You are strong, you are capable, and you are the perfect parent for your baby.
I am trained through DONA International and have a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences. I can't wait to get to know you more and amplify your voice!

Embracing fear as a natural response to the unknown can transform anxiety into confidence. Equip yourself with knowledge, create positive affirmations, build a supportive birth team, seek out uplifting stories, and practice self-compassion. This approach helps counterbalance fear, empowering you to make informed decisions during labor and transition into parenthood with greater assurance.
